Vango Art is designed to make artwork acquisition straightforward, traceable, and secure. Every acquisition follows a structured process designed to protect both the collector and the artist.
01 — Select an Artwork
Browse verified artworks and review the artwork details, including the artist, medium, dimensions, edition information, price, and applicable acquisition or licensing terms.
When you are ready to acquire a work, proceed through the platform’s purchase process.
02 — Payment Is Secured
Your payment is processed through the platform’s secure payment and escrow process.
Funds remain secured while the order moves through its applicable fulfillment requirements. The artist does not receive the eligible sale proceeds immediately simply because an order has been placed.
03 — Fulfillment Begins
The artist completes the applicable production, packaging, and shipping requirements according to the artwork’s fulfillment method.
For physical works, this may include production where applicable, preparation, packaging, insurance, and shipping. The artist remains responsible for fulfilling an accepted order in accordance with the Platform’s requirements and the agreed timeline.
04 — Receive and Confirm
The artwork is shipped using the applicable delivery arrangements.
Once the artwork has been delivered, you confirm receipt through the applicable order process. If there is a delivery, shipping, or fulfillment issue, you should raise it through the Platform’s support or dispute process.
05 — Funds Are Released
Once the applicable fulfillment and escrow release conditions have been satisfied, the eligible sale proceeds are released to the artist’s Vango Art balance.
For collaborative works, eligible proceeds are distributed according to the configured revenue split.
A traceable acquisition
Each completed acquisition may generate the applicable provenance and transaction records associated with the artwork and sale, helping maintain a clear record of ownership and authenticity.
